This survey asks about your experiences with:

1. Park agreements and disclosure documents
2. Fees, rent increases and voluntary sharing arrangements
3. Park behaviour, rules and dispute resolution
4. Maintenance, repairs and park facilities
5. Park sales and ending a tenancy

By sharing your views you will help identify what is working well and what may need to change.

Your feedback will help the State Government improve the residential parks laws.

Whether you are a residential park tenant or park operator, your lived experience provides valuable insight into how the current laws are working in practice.

Some questions are specific to operators, and some are specific to tenants. You will be directed only to the sections that apply to you.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential and will be reported in a way that does not identify individuals.
